1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing VPS.DO as your cloud hosting provider. By making a credit card payment for our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Credit Card Transaction Agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before initiating any transactions.

2. Transaction Authorization

By initiating a credit card transaction on VPS.DO, you represent that you are the authorized cardholder or have explicit permission from the cardholder to use the card. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all transactions are legitimate and authorized.

3. Payment and Processing
  • Payment: All payments for VPS.DO cloud hosting services are processed in USD (United States Dollars) via Stripe, our third-party payment processor. You agree to comply with Stripe’s terms of service, available at https://stripe.com/legal.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credit card information (e.g., card number, CVV code, expiration date). VPS.DO is not liable for unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to safeguard this information.
  • Verification: We may request additional verification (e.g., credit card or identification documents) to confirm transaction legitimacy. Failure to provide requested information may result in transaction cancellation or account suspension.
4. Service Delivery and No-Dispute Policy

Upon successful completion of a credit card transaction and activation of your cloud hosting service (e.g., server provisioning or account access), the service is deemed delivered, and the transaction is considered finalized, subject to applicable law. Your access to or use of the service (e.g., server login, resource usage) constitutes acceptance of the charges. You agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks with your credit card issuer after service activation, except as permitted by law. Any concerns must be addressed through our refund policy.

5. 7-Day Refund Policy

We strive to provide exceptional cloud hosting services. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. You may submit a support ticket to support@vps.do within 7 calendar days from the date of service activation to request a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original credit card within a reasonable timeframe, subject to verification.

Exclusions: Refunds requested after the 7-day period or without a support ticket will not be honored, unless required by applicable law. Fees for add-ons (e.g., domain registration, SSL certificates) are non-refundable.

6. Chargeback and Dispute Resolution
  • Chargebacks: You acknowledge that initiating a chargeback after service activation violates this agreement, and VPS.DO may contest such claims with evidence, including transaction logs (e.g., IP addresses, device fingerprints), payment authorization records (e.g., 3D Secure, CVV validation), and service usage records (e.g., server login history, resource consumption).
  • Costs: Frivolous or fraudulent chargeback requests may result in account suspension or termination, and you may be liable for costs incurred by VPS.DO in defending such claims.
7. Fraud Prevention
  • Tools: VPS.DO uses fraud detection tools, including Stripe Radar, to identify and prevent suspicious transactions. You agree to cooperate with verification requests to ensure transaction security.
  • Notification: You must immediately notify your credit card issuer and VPS.DO (via support@vps.do) of any loss, theft, or unauthorized use of your credit card. Failure to do so promptly may result in your liability for charges, as permitted by law.
8. Compliance with Card Issuer Policies

You agree to comply with all terms and policies of your credit card issuer and card networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express). VPS.DO is not responsible for disputes or penalties arising from your violation of such policies, though card network rules may limit your liability for unauthorized transactions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VPS.DO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from unauthorized credit card transactions, except where such transactions result from our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount of the disputed transaction.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in New York County, New York.

11. Amendments

VPS.DO reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website (https://vps.do) or notifying you via email. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified agreement.
