Anti-Spam Policy Print

  • 18

At VPS.DO, we are dedicated to maintaining a spam-free environment for our customers and ensuring compliance with email communication regulations. Our Anti-Spam Policy outlines our approach to email usage, including open ports and limitations on rDNS configuration, to protect our network and users.

Our Anti-Spam Policy highlights the following key points:

Port Usage

Outbound connections from ports 25, 465, and 587 are not restricted by default on our VPS services. Customers may use these ports for legitimate email activities, provided they comply with our Terms of Service and applicable anti-spam regulations.

rDNS Configuration

VPS.DO does not support setting reverse DNS (rDNS) records for customers. This limitation is in place to maintain network integrity and prevent misuse. Customers requiring rDNS configuration should consult alternative providers or contact our support team for guidance.

Refund Policy

We understand that the lack of rDNS support may not meet the specific needs of some customers. If our email configuration policies do not align with your requirements, you may request a refund within the period specified in our Refund Policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

Compliance with Anti-Spam Regulations

It is strictly prohibited to use our VPS services for sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam) or engaging in any activity that violates applicable anti-spam laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, sending emails to recipients who have not explicitly opted-in to receive them, using harvested email lists, or engaging in deceptive practices to disguise the origin of emails.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We actively monitor our network for any abuse or violation of our Anti-Spam Policy. In the event of a suspected violation, we may take immediate action, including suspension or termination of the VPS service, to protect our customers and maintain network integrity.

By using our VPS services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our Anti-Spam Policy and all applicable laws and regulations regarding email communication. If you have any questions or concerns about our policy or need assistance, please contact our support team at info@vps.do.

We are committed to providing a secure and reliable VPS service and appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a spam-free environment.
